Stocking Up!

When I first started into a raw food lifestyle I did a lot of research on what I was getting into. It has been amazing. I took a great deal of books out on "Raw Food," from my local library which is always a great way to get started. Once I found some I liked, I purchased them. What helped me a great deal was getting a list of what I need to stock up on. While researching on the net I came across a great website (http://www.therawfoodeffect.com/raw-food-pantry.html) that had a fantastic Pantry list. I have added a few other things to their list.
